By using the Billero app, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before use.
Billero is an invoicing application designed for freelancers, sole proprietors, and small businesses. The app is distributed via Apple App Store and Google Play. By installing the app, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal and business use.
For Apple App Store users, the standard Apple Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (EULA) applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Billero offers four tiers:
Tier features and limits are described in the app's paywall and may be adjusted in future releases.
Plus and Pro subscriptions are auto-renewable subscriptions sold through Apple App Store or Google Play. By subscribing, you agree to:
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly to them:
We have no control over refund decisions made by Apple or Google.
Where the app uses AI to read received invoice images (OCR), the image may be processed by a third-party AI service operated by a reputable provider. Image processing happens only when you explicitly tap "Scan". Monthly OCR limits are enforced per tier (5 Free, 50 Plus, unlimited Pro). The processed image is not retained by us or shared with third parties beyond the AI service required to return the OCR result.
Your invoices, clients, and business data are stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store this data on our servers. Details: Privacy Policy.
Billero is a tool to help you create invoices. You remain solely responsible for the legal and tax compliance of the invoices you issue, including correct VAT/GST rates, invoice numbering, mandatory disclosures, and country-specific e-invoicing requirements. We recommend consulting a tax advisor in your jurisdiction.
Billero is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: (a) errors in calculations, tax amounts, or invoice formatting; (b) regulatory non-compliance of the invoices you issue; (c) data loss caused by device failure (we recommend regular backups using the in-app export); (d) interruptions of third-party services (Apple, Google, Cloudflare, AI providers).
You agree not to use Billero for fraudulent invoicing, money laundering, or any activity prohibited by law in your jurisdiction. We may suspend service to accounts engaged in such activity.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via the Last Updated date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Slovenia, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
